Another one of my mum's recipes that is easy to make and wildly popular with guests when entertaining.

- 2-3 Green chillies chopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds

- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs. I make mine at home by grinding left over slices of bread in the blender
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add bread crumbs, mixed veggies, green chillies, cilantro, cumin seeds and chilli powder to the mashed potatoes.
- Mix well till they all bind together.
- Rub couple drops of oil in the palm of your hands and grab a small ball of potato. Shape them into little round cutlets.
- Place the semolina in a small bowl and dip the raw cutlets into it till all sides are coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and carefully slide the cutlets into the hot oil. Flip them a couple time till they are brown and crispy. Serve hot with ketchup and cilantro chutney.
