- 2 Large boiled potatoes, cut into chunks
- 3 Full stalks of green onion, chopped
- 2 Green chillies, chopped
- 6-8 Curry leaves
- 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 Tsp urad dal (Split white lentils)
- 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal and wait till it splutters.
- Add the green onions and green chillies and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt and turmeric and mix well.
- Now add the boiled potato chunks and mix well. Cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes stirring often. Serve hot with roti.
