Potatoes and Green Onions

This is a 10 Minute recipe. Fast and yummy!



What you'll need..
  • 2 Large boiled potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 3 Full stalks of green onion, chopped
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped
  • 6-8 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp urad dal (Split white lentils)
  • 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • Salt to taste
How to..
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal and wait till it splutters.
  • Add the green onions and green chillies and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add salt and turmeric and mix well.
  • Now add the boiled potato chunks and mix well. Cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes stirring often. Serve hot with roti.
