A cooling yogurt side dish, perfect with a spicy Indian meal.

- 1/2 Cup yogurt
- 1/4 Cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 2 Tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
- Pinch kashmiri chilli powder
- Pinch Chat masala
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Whip yogurt with 2 tbsp of water in a mixing bowl.
- Add cucumber, tomato, onion, cilantro cracked pepper, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
- Garnish with a pinch of kashmiri chilli powder and chat masala. Serve cold.
