Easy recipe for homemade crispy potato wedges that are baked not fried.

- 2 Large red potatoes cut into wedges (skin on)
- 1 and 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1/2 Tsp paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add salt, pepper and olive oil to the potatoes and mix well.
- Now add the paprika, kashmiri chilli powder and garlic powder and mix again.
- Place the potatoes evenly over the baking sheet so none of the potatoes are overlapping.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes till the potatoes get golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with ketchup.
