Crispy Potato Wedges

Easy recipe for homemade crispy potato wedges that are baked not fried.



What you'll need..
  • 2 Large red potatoes cut into wedges (skin on)
  • 1 and 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp paprika 
  • 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
How to..
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add salt, pepper and olive oil to the potatoes and mix well.
  • Now add the paprika, kashmiri chilli powder and garlic powder and mix again.
  • Place the potatoes evenly over the baking sheet so none of the potatoes are overlapping. 
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes till the potatoes get golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with ketchup.
