Stuffed Bread Toast

Takes only minutes to make, this is the perfect recipe for breakfast. 



What you'll need..
  • 1 Small boiled potato, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Small tomato chopped
  • 1/2 Small Onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp chilli powder
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Butter/Margarine 
  • Cilantro Chutney
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste 
How to..
  • Apply butter and cilantro chutney to the slices of bread and set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix together the chopped tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cilantro, green chilli, salt, cumin seeds and chilli powder.
  • Place the stuffing between the slices of bread.
  • Heat 1 Tsp of oil in a non stick flat pan on low to medium heat and place the stuffed bread slices. Cook each side till its brown and crispy and then flip and turn to the other side. Serve hot with ketchup.
