This is a crispy, fried and spicy potato and taro root dish. Delicious ofcourse, like all fried foods.

- 6 Arbi/Kachalu, hard boiled and peeled (Taro root/Colocasia root)
- 2 Medium potatoes, hard boiled and peeled
- 1 Pinch turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp amchoor (Dry mango powder)
- 1 Tsp coriander powder
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Cut the hard boiled Arbi in half, lengthwise, and the potatoes in thick rounds. Add salt and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat for frying.
- Add the potatoes and Arbi in hot oil, seperately, and fry on medium heat till they turn crispy and golden brown in color.
- Remove from heat and drain on paper towel.
- Place all the fried potatoes and arbi in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix turmeric, chilli, amchoor and coriander powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the fried potatoes and arbi and mix well. Serve hot.
