This is a quick and easy breakfast recipe.. ideal for those 'sleeping in' weekends.

- 2 Slices of bread
- 1 Hard boiled egg, cut into slices
- 1 Pinch chilli powder
- 1 Pinch fresh cracked pepper
- Cilantro chutney
- Butter/Margarine
- 1 Tsp oil
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Spread butter and cilantro chutney on the 2 slices of bread.
- Spread the boiled egg slices between the bread slices. Sprinkle chilli powder, salt and pepper over it.
- Heat oil in a non stick flat pan.
- Place the egg sandwich and fry over medium heat till brown and crispy. Then flip to the other side and repeat. Serve hot with ketchup.
