- 1 Can tuna in water, 170 g
- 2 Tbsp chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Leaves of romaine/iceberg lettuce shredded or your favorite greens
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 2-3 Slices of tomatoes
- Your favorite bakery bun
- Hot sauce
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Drain water from the can of tuna and empty the tuna into a mixing bowl.
- Add celery, onion, cilantro leaves, mayonnaise, pepper and salt to the bowl. Mix well with a fork.
- Slice the bun in half and toast.
- Assemble your sandwich with lettuce, tuna salad, tomatoes and hot sauce.
