Tuna Salad Sandwich

A nutritious lunch on the go that's ready in minutes.



What you'll need..
  • 1 Can tuna in water, 170 g
  • 2 Tbsp chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Leaves of romaine/iceberg lettuce shredded  or your favorite greens
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 2-3 Slices of tomatoes
  • Your favorite bakery bun
  • Hot sauce
  • Salt to taste
How to..
  • Drain water from the can of tuna and empty the tuna into a mixing bowl.
  • Add celery, onion, cilantro leaves, mayonnaise, pepper and salt to the bowl. Mix well with a fork.
  • Slice the bun in half and toast.
  • Assemble your sandwich with lettuce, tuna salad, tomatoes and hot sauce.
