Sauteed Shrimp

This is a simple shrimp appetizer that can be prepared in minutes. Perfect for entertaining.


What you'll need..
  • 12 Frozen raw large shrimp, defrosted and deveined 
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp kashmiri chilli powder (Has a bright red color but comparatively mild in heat)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • Salt to taste
How to..
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Saute the marinated shrimp in a hot non stick pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, occasionally flipping sides.
  •  Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot.
