Simple Cabbage

The simplest cabbage dish I know to make. It's nutritious and takes only minutes to make.



What you'll need..
  • 3 Cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 6-8 Curry leaves
  • 1-2 Green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 Tsp turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
How to..
  • Heat oil in a non stick wok.
  • Add the mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter.
  • Add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add turmeric and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
