The simplest cabbage dish I know to make. It's nutritious and takes only minutes to make.

- 3 Cups shredded cabbage
- 1 Tsp mustard seeds
- 6-8 Curry leaves
- 1-2 Green chillies, slit
- 1/2 Tsp turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
How to..
- Heat oil in a non stick wok.
- Add the mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter.
- Add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add turmeric and salt and mix well. Serve hot.
