A quick recipe for when you are in the mood for a little sweet.

- 1 Cup roasted brown semiya (roasted brown vermicelli)
- 4-5 Cardamom pods
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp oil
How to..
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Slit the cardamom pods in the center and add them to the oil. Fry for 2 minutes till they get fragrant.
- Add the roasted semiya and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, till they get a little darker in color.
- Now add 3/4 to 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well. Continue stirring till all the water evaporates and the noodles start to seperate. Serve hot or cold.
